Spicy Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients

1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
4 chicken drumsticks, skinned
1/4 cup bread crumbs (to further reduce sodium, see Homemade Seasoned Bread Crumbs, Breads & Muffins)

Directions:

1. In a shallow dish, combine yogurt and hot pepper sauce, mixing well. Add drumsticks, turning to coat, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.

2. Remove drumsticks from marinade, dredge in bread crumbs, and place in a baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 40-50 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter and serve.
