6 medium lemons, juiced
1/2 cup mustard seeds
1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon
2 tablespoons fresh ground pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice, mustard seeds, tarragon, pepper, garlic, and oil; mix well.
2. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour marinade on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
3. Grill chicken over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, basting with marinade. Serve hot.
