1 cup plus 2 tbsp water
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons butter or stick margarine
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2. Select Whole Wheat or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use delay cycle. Remove baked bread from pan to wire rack; cool.
*Spreads with at least 65% vegetable oil can be used.
