1. Make Fruity Yogurt Dressing.
2. Toss salad greens, chicken, berries and leek. Sprinkle with almonds.
3. Serve with dressing and pepper.
Fruity Yogurt Dressing:
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend on high speed about 15 seconds or until smooth.
If fresh berries aren't at their peak, frozen unsweetened loose-pack raspberries and strawberries can be substituted for the fresh raspberries and strawberries.
