1/3 cup plain yogurt (low-fat)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
2/3 cup green seedless grapes
1 large peach or nectarine, chopped (3/4 cup)
1 medium stalk celery, diced (1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried mint leaves

1. Mix yogurt and mayonnaise in medium bowl until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until chilled.

This fruity salad tastes best in summer when peaches or nectarines are at their peak. Serve it on lettuce leaves for salad or stuff it into a pita half for a terrific sandwich.
