1. Mix chicken, grapes, celery, onions, orange segments and water chestnuts in large glass or plastic bowl.
2. Mix yogurt and soy sauce. Pour over chicken mixture toss. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors. Serve on salad greens.
Fill up on fiber by serving this salad with slices of crusty whole wheat bread.
