Stuffed Meat Loaf

Serves: 8

   2 pounds ground beef
   1 1/2 teaspoons salt
   1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
   1/2 teaspoon pepper
   2 eggs
   2 cups bread crumbs
   3/4 cup celery, finely chopped
   1 egg
   1 onion, finely chopped
   1 tablespoon melted butter
   1 teaspoon minced parsley
   1/4 teaspoon ground sage
   1/2 teaspoon salt
   1/4 teaspoon pepper


Mix together ground beef, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and eggs. Divide mixture in half; put half into loaf pan. Mix together bread crumbs, celery, egg, onion, butter, parsley, sage, salt, and pepper and put on top of meat in pan. Top with remaining meat mixture; bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
