1 pound beef round steaks, cubed
3 tablespoons oils or margarine
1/2 pound fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup water
1/2 cup A-1 steak sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
6 ounces egg noodles
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
Chopped parsley
1/4 cup grated carrots
Brown beef in oil, in skillet. Remove meat; add sliced mushrooms and onions to skillet; cook until tender. Put meat back in skillet; add water and steak sauce. Heat to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 50 to 60 minutes or until meat is tender. Add sour cream and stir. Meanwhile cook egg noodles until tender. Toss with butter, parsley, and grated carrots. Mix all together and serve.
