4 pounds ground beef
2 cups bread crumbs
4 eggs
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup green peppers, chopped
2 tablespoons onions, grated
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper
Bacon strips
Mix all ingredients except bacon together. Shape into loaf and put into pans. Lay strips of bacon on top of each loaf. Bake at 325°F for 2 hours.
