Oriental Hamburgers

Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 (5-ounce) can bean sprouts, drained
1 (5-ounce) can water chestnut, drained and chopped
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
8 hamburger buns

Directions:

Mix together ground beef and salt shape into thin patties. Mix together bean sprouts, water chestnuts, onions, and soy sauce place mixture on top of half the patties. Place remaining patties on top and seal edges. Broil 3-inches from heat then turn and broil other side until done. Serve on toasted hamburger buns
