1 cup salsa
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
3 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
Cook chicken, onion, celery, carrot, and garlic until tender. Stir in salsa, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, and pepper; bring to a boil; simmer about 30 minutes. Add beans and heat thoroughly.
