3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon thyme dried, crushed
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound turkeys cooked, cubed (about 2 1/4 cups)
1 cup celery thinly sliced
1 cup carrots shredded
1/4 cup green onions sliced
1 4-ounce can potatoes shoestring (about 3 cups)
In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, thyme and pepper until blended. Stir in turkey, celery, carrot and green onions until well coated. Serve immediately or cover and chill for 2 hours.
Just before serving, stir in shoestring potatoes.
Note: Two cans (6 1/2 oz. each) chunk light tuna, drained, can be substituted for the turkey.
