1. Mix chicken, celery, mayonnaise and seasoning.
2. Spread mixture over bottom half of focaccia bread top with remaining half. Cut into wedges.
If you can't find garlic-and-herb seasoning, mix together 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
