1. Heat oven to 450°. Grease cookie sheet with shortening or butter.
2. Stir Bisquick mix, 1/3 cup mayonnaise and the milk until soft dough forms. Roll or pat dough into 12 x 8-inch rectangle on cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Mix chicken, onions, bacon and 1/4 cup mayonnaise. Spread over crust to within 1/4 inch of edge. Sprinkle with tomato and cheese.
4. Bake 5 to 6 minutes or until chicken mixture is hot and cheese is melted. Cut into squares.
Love the flavor of BLTs? While this "sandwich" bakes, shred 1 1/2 cups of iceberg or romaine lettuce toss a couple handfuls over each serving immediately after cutting into squares.
