1 bunch fresh spinach (about 12 cups)
2 small tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 hard-cooked eggs, cut
1 small red onion, sliced
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
SALAD DRESSING
1/3 cup salad oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Tear spinach into pieces in salad bowl. Add tomato wedges, eggs, red onion, and feta cheese. Mix salad oil, vinegar, oregano, and pepper in jar; pour over salad. Toss and serve.
