1 3/4 cups tomato juice
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
3/4 cup lemon juice
1 (16-ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 cup chopped cucumbers
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1 large can tuna fish, drained
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Parsley
Place tomato juice in saucepan. Sprinkle with unflavored gelatin. Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved; remove from heat. Add lemon juice, stewed tomatoes, cucumber, green onion, tuna fish, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and paprika. Pour into individual oiled molds and chill until firm. Unmold and garnish with parsley.
