1 (3-ounce) package cherry jello
1 (3-ounce) package lemon jello
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups boiling water
1 (8 1/4-ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 orange (peel and pulp)
2 cups cranberries
1 cup celery, finely chopped
Dissolve cherry and lemon gelatin, sugar, and boiling water together. Add pineapple and lemon juice; chill until partially set. Grind and add orange and cranberries, add celery. Pour into mold and chill until firm. Unmold on bed of lettuce.
