Cranberry-Orange Molded Salad

Ingredients

1 (3-ounce) package cherry jello
1 (3-ounce) package lemon jello
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups boiling water
1 (8 1/4-ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 orange (peel and pulp)
2 cups cranberries
1 cup celery, finely chopped

Directions:

Dissolve cherry and lemon gelatin, sugar, and boiling water together. Add pineapple and lemon juice chill until partially set. Grind and add orange and cranberries, add celery. Pour into mold and chill until firm. Unmold on bed of lettuce.
