Orange Salad

Serves: 8

   2 (3-ounce) packages orange jello
   2 cups hot water
   1 (12-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
   1 can crushed pineapple (large)
   2 cans mandarin oranges (large), drained
   1 (3-ounce) package lemon pie filling
   1 cup cream, whipped


Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add frozen orange juice, pineapple, mandarin oranges; place in serving dish. Prepare lemon pie filling according to package. Chill and add whipped cream. Spread on top of chilled gelatin mixture. Chill several hours before serving.
