1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1-1/2 cups cooked, diced chicken
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped, blanched almonds
Salt to taste
2 avocados
Lettuce leaves
Mix mayonnaise and lemon juice together. Toss with diced chicken, celery, almonds; salt to taste. Peel avocados and cut in halves lengthwise. Place lettuce leaves on salad plates. Put avocado halves on lettuce leaves and fill with the chicken filling.
