Chicken Avacado Salad

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1-1/2 cups cooked, diced chicken
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped, blanched almonds
salt to taste
2 avocados
lettuce leaves

Directions:

Mix mayonnaise and lemon juice together. Toss with diced chicken, celery, almonds salt to taste. Peel avocados and cut in halves lengthwise. Place lettuce leaves on salad plates. Put avocado halves on lettuce leaves and fill with the chicken filling.
