Orange-Pineapple Gelatin Salad |

Serves: 8 Print this Recipe2 (3-ounce) packages orange jello 2 cups boiling water 1 (16-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 (16-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained 1 package French instant vanilla pudding mix 1 1/3 cups cold skim milk 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped or 1 cup whipped topping 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese (optional) Dissolve gelatin in water. Add frozen orange juice; stir until melted. Add crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges. Pour into serving dish and chill until set. Mix pudding mix and milk together. Let stand five minutes.
