16 large marshmallows

1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup pecans, chopped

Dissolve lime gelatin in water. In another pan, stir marshmallows and water until melted. Add to gelatin mixture; chill until syrupy. Beat together cream cheese and pineapple until well-blended; add to gelatin. Fold in whipped cream and pecans. Pour into ring mold and chill until set. Unmold on lettuce leaves. Garnish with grapes.
