Lime Ring Salad |

Serves: 6 Print this Recipe1 (3-ounce) package lime jello 1 cup boiling water 16 large marshmallows 1 cup boiling water 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple 1 cup whipping cream 1 cup pecans, chopped Lettuce leaves Sugared red seedless grape Dissolve lime gelatin in water. In another pan, stir marshmallows and water until melted. Add to gelatin mixture; chill until syrupy. Beat together cream cheese and pineapple until well-blended; add to gelatin.
