2 cups cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 pound cooked, cleaned shrimp
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese cubes
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons onions, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Combine ingredients and pour into a greased 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered at 375°F for 40 minutes.
