Beef And Vegetable Supper

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds beef, cubed
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons oils
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
2 cups water
4 medium potatoes, quartered
4 carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 (10-ounce) package cut frozen green bean

Directions:

Dust brown beef cubes with flour and brown with oil in frying pan. Add soup mix, caraway seeds, and water bring to a boil and simmer 30 minutes. Add potatoes, carrots, and green beans simmer covered 30 minutes.
