1 (10-ounce) package frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained
3/4 cup baking mix
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups turkeys, or chicken
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 jar pimiento, cut in pieces
Arrange broccoli spears in baking dish. Mix together baking mix, milk, egg, and cream of mushroom soup; pour over broccoli. Sprinkle turkey, Swiss cheese, and pimientos on top. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until center is almost set.
