10 large potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Butter
Paprika
Blend potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream and garlic salt. Place in greased casserole dish; top with butter and paprika. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or freeze and cook later.
