1 (8-ounce) package noodles
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 (16-ounce) container cottage cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons green peppers, minced
2 pounds ground beef
2 cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup Swiss cheese, grated
Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream; beat. Add green onions and green pepper. Meanwhile brown ground beef; drain and add tomato sauce. In casserole arrange layer of noodles, cheese mixture and meat. Cover with Swiss cheese. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
