1 package egg noodles
1 cup diced celery
1 cup finely diced onions
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2/3 cup grated American cheese
1/2 pound chipped beef
1 cup ripe olives, chopped
2/3 cup soft bread crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
Cook egg noodles, drain and season. Cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Mix flour, milk and pepper together; stir in. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add chipped beef and olives. Mix together; sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
