1 pound ground beef
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 cups boiling water
Brown ground beef, drain and put into casserole dish. Sprinkle with uncooked white rice and soup mix. Add soup. Pour boiling water over top. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until rice is tender.
