1 (1-pound) can salmon
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
3 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons grated onions
1/4 cup pimiento
8 ounces macaroni
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Drain; remove bones and skin from salmon. In large saucepan melt butter; add flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly until thickened. Add onion and pimiento. Add macaroni to boiling water. Drain macaroni; add drained salmon; mix well and put into baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375°F until cheese is melted.
