Serves: 4 Print this RecipeCooking Time: 12 to 14 minutes Power: 100% (700 watts) 1 cup peas 1 10 1/2-ounce can cream of mushroom soup condensed 4 hot dogs cut in 3/4 -inch pieces 1/2 cup american cheese 1/2 -inch cubed 1/3 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons pimiento chopped, drained 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard prepared 1/2 cup onion rings french fried onion rings Hot biscuits, corn bread or patty shells Place peas in a 1 1/2 -quart microwavable casserole. Cover with a glass lid or plastic wrap, turning one edge back. Microwave at 100% power (700 watts) for 3 to 4 minutes or until peas are almost tender. Drain in a colander. In same casserole, combine soup, frankfurters, cheese, sour cream, pimiento and mustard until well mixed. Stir in peas. Re-cover and vent. Microwave at 100% power for 9 to 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring every 3 minutes. Sprinkle onion rings over the top.
