If you don't have mace for these shortcakes, nutmeg has a similar sweet spiced flavor.
1 can (8-ounce) crushed pineapple in juice, drained
1/2 cup vanilla or pineapple yogurt
1/8 teaspoon ground mace
2 sponge shortcake cups
2 tablespoons chopped toasted pecans
Mix pineapple, yogurt and mace; divide between shortcake cups. Sprinkle with pecans.
