Try this quick-to-make cooler on the hottest of summer days or after a spicy meal. Serve with a straw for sipping-this fruity refresher is guaranteed to cool you down!
1 can (6-ounce) unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 pint lemon sorbet
Mint leaves, if desired
Place pineapple juice and lemon sorbet in blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into two 8-ounce glasses. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
