1. Spread apple slices in 24-ounce casserole. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over apple slices.
2. Microwave uncovered on High (100%) until apples are tender, 5 to 6 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla or cinnamon ice cream.
