Honey Lime Fruit Salad

Microwave: 40 sec

If you prefer to use fresh limes, 1 lime should yield about 2 tablespoons juice. Before juicing, you can grate a little bit of the lime peel to use for a flavorful garnish.



   _ tablespoon lime juice
   _ tablespoon honey
   ___ teaspoon cornstarch
   ___ teaspoon poppy seeds
   _ cups cut-up fresh fruit ( apples, oranges, grapes, bananas, or pears )


1. Mix lime juice, honey, cornstarch and poppy seed in 1-cup measure. Microwave uncovered on High (100%) until mixture thickens and boils, 30 to 40 seconds. Cool slightly.
2. Pour sauce over fruit in bowl; toss until fruit is glazed.
