1. Mix lemon curd and orange juice in medium bowl. Fold in whipped cream. Coarsely crumble cookies; reserve 1 tablespoon crumbs.
2. Layer half of the lemon curd mixture, the cookie crumbs and remaining lemon curd mixture in 2 parfait glasses. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs and top with raspberries.
