4 cups chicken stock
1/2 pound fresh spinach, chopped
8 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
2 cups cooked white beans
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup butter or olive oil for flavoring
Combine chicken stock, spinach, garlic, white beans, salt, and pepper; heat to desired temperature. Just before serving, stir in butter.
