Hamburger-Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

6 beef bouillon cubes
5 cups boiling water
2 large onions, chopped
4 ribs celery, chopped
4 carrots, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 pound ground beef
1 (10-ounce) package frozen green peas

Directions:

Dissolve beef bouillon cubes in boiling water. Add onions, celery, carrots, garlic, bay leaf, salt, and pepper simmer until vegetables are tender. Meanwhile, cook ground beef slightly and add frozen peas. Add to meat mixture to soup mixture heat thoroughly.
