3 cups potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 small onion, chopped
3 cups water
3 cups chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons butter
Chopped parsley
Cook potatoes, onion, and water until tender. Whirl in blender. Add broth, marjoram, evaporated milk, cayenne and butter. Heat thoroughly. Garnish with chopped parsley.
