1 whole chicken or chicken parts
Chicken broth and water or four chicken bouillon cubes and water
1 large onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
1 cup cabbage, chopped
2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons dried parsley
2 teaspoons dried dill
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
1 cup egg noodles
Put chicken into large soup kettle. Cover with broth and water. Cover and simmer until chicken is tender; remove and refrigerate; remove fat when cold. Cut chicken from bones and put in broth. Add onion, carrots, celery, zucchini, cabbage, tomatoes, parsley, dill, pepper, and paprika; simmer until vegetables are tender. Add noodles during last five minutes.
