LOW FAT/LOW CHOLESTEROL/LOW CALORIE

About 5 1/2 dozen cookies
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup fat-free cholesterol-free eggs product or 2 egg whites
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1 1/4 cups flour
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1. Heat oven to 350°. Mix sugar, margarine, yogurt, water, vanilla and egg product in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except baking chips. Stir in baking chips.
2. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until almost no indentation remains when touched. Cook
slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
