Easy Pork & Sauerkraut

Ingredients

1 pound boneless pork roast , cubed
1 (32-ounce) jar sauerkraut
1 (12-ounce) bottle beer or non-alcoholic beer
1/2 apple , cored and peeled
1 tablespoon garlic , minced
2 teaspoons dill weed
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker; stir well. Cover and cook on high setting for one hour. Reduce to low setting and continue cooking for 5 hours, or until pork is cooked through. Discard apple before serving.
