Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients

1 9-oz bottle prepared mango chutney
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup

Directions:

In a food processor or blender, pulse the chutney, vinegar, 3 Tbsp water, oil, mustard, and ketchup until smooth.

NOTE: Once you make this sauce, chill it or use it immediately. Cover and refrigerate any leftovers for up to 1 week.
