This sauce is good for dipping bite-size morsels of chicken or serving with roasted meats or boiled eggs. The curry will give it a flavor all its own.
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced onions
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, red
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, sugar, curry powder, and hot sauce until smooth, 1-2 minutes.
2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

If you are new to curry, try the standard powder; then begin to experiment with the wide range of other curries that give entirely different tastes and colors. You may need to go to a specialty grocery store or spice
