Ingredients

1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, red

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, sugar, curry powder, and hot sauce until smooth, 1-2 minutes.

2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

NOTE: Curry comes in many exotic flavors, many more than the standard curry powder most cooks have in their spice racks. If you are new to curry, try the standard powder then begin to experiment with the wide range of other curries that give entirely different tastes and colors. You may need to go to a specialty grocery store or spice
