	Strawberries In Rich Ginger Cream

Serves: 4

Print this Recipe

   2 cups strawberries
   3/4 cup sour cream
   3 tablespoons brown sugar
   1 1/2 tablespoons ginger finely chopped crystallized

Slice strawberries and place in a medium bowl; set aside.

In a small bowl, stir sour cream, brown sugar and crystallized ginger until blended.

Just before serving, stir sour cream mixture into strawberries until blended. Spoon into small dessert dishes. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
