Marinated Broccoli


Serves: 4

Ingredients

3 cups bite-size broccoli flowerets
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon chili paste

Directions:

Place broccoli in boiling water heat to boiling. Boil uncovered 1 minute drain. Immediately rinse in cold water drain. Mix remaining ingredients stir in broccoli. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Drain just before serving.
