SANDWICH BOARD: Looking for a fruity, creamy complement to this bread? Try a Cherry Nut Cheese Sandwich, or create your own combination of cram cheese and jam. Mix a 3-ounce package of softened cream cheese with 1 tablespoon of finely chopped walnuts and 1 tablespoon of honey. Spread it on a slice of bread, and top with cherry preserves or jam.
