Serve with crackers.
1 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2-oz.)
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (2-oz.)
1/2 cup creamy cottage cheese
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons grated onions
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Mix together gelatin and cold water; heat and stir until dissolved. Beat together blue cheese, cheddar cheese, and cottage cheese. Add sour cream, onion, Worcestershire sauce and dissolved gelatin. Pour into a mold and chill until firm.
