Triple Cheese Mold

Ingredients

1 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2-oz.)
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (2-oz.)
1/2 cup creamy cottage cheese
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons grated onions
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Mix together gelatin and cold water heat and stir until dissolved. Beat together blue cheese, cheddar cheese, and cottage cheese. Add sour cream, onion, Worcestershire sauce and dissolved gelatin. Pour into a mold and chill until firm.
