1 single refrigerated pie crust
1 cup chopped, cooked chicken
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 egg beaten
1 tablespoon milk
Prepare crust pastry recipe. Roll 1/8-inch thick and cut into 2-inch squares. Mix together chicken, salt, lemon juice, parsley, and mayonnaise. Place a spoonful of chicken mixture on each square and wrap. Mix together egg and milk; brush on squares. Bake at 400°F for 8-10 minutes.
