2 large, peeled, ripe avocados
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 small onion, minced
1 small tomato, finely chopped
2 tablespoons minced, mild green chili peppers
Mash avocados with a fork. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, onion, minced, tomato, and green chili peppers and mix well. Serve with tortilla chips or as a side dish with tacos, tostadas, etc.
