1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries or strawberries
1/3 cup powdered sugar
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 egg whites, at room temperature
Mash raspberries and sieve. Stir in sugar, milk and lemon juice; chill. In small bowl, whip egg whites until stiff and fold into chilled mixture. Freeze to a firm mush in ice cube tray. Break into pieces in bowl and whip until fluffy. Quickly return to freezing tray. Freeze until firm.
